Pathetic customer service and bad systems

I had made payments for my post paid connection with Aircel on 14th October 08 at Saidapet branch, Chennai. On Oct 20th 08, my outgoing was cut and on calling the customer care, was informed that tho payment was received, it was not updated in their central system!! CENTRALIZED SYSTEM denotes collaboration and instant updation, it has taken 7 days (5 workig days) and still updation was not done. Pathetic responses, bad systems. After 2 hours of haggling, going back and forth, my line was released with a weak apology of "I dont know what happenned ma'am, but i am sorry"
