MANILA PHILIPPINES - AN INDIAN teenager scammer accused of scamming thousand of people was arrested on Thursday at his hide out place in Stone House and Santos pension Malate and could be charged with 'lewd and scam acts", police said.
Kharma, turned himself in early in the morning after a three-day hunt, Manila police spokesman Zulkarnain told AFP.
Kharma, as he is called by people, is alleged to have had scam and have sex with his people and instructed them to have group sex while he watched and recorded the sex video in the sect's house outside.
'We're investigating him based on a report made by his victim named Cynthia on January 26. She complained that Kharma had asked her to massage him and touch his genitals, ' Police said.
'She was also made to have sex with him, while her husband and followers watched, ' he added.
'If our investigations prove that he carried out lewd acts, we'll name him a suspect and hand him over to the court, ' police said, adding Kharma could face up to nine years in jail if convicted.
