I want to report this business not meeting demands of their clients as advertised on web.
On 21 January I ordered 124 kaftans from [URL Removed] India [Email Removed] by sending him the order with pictures via e-mail of the kaftans I wanted and he said he can supply them to me. Received my parcel and most of the 124 items I received did not match the ones I ordered from them.
I can send you all the relevant correspondence and order that was sent to him, can also take pictures of the ones I received from them.
I am a pensioner trying to survive on a State Pension and this is why I ordered kaftans which I want to sell to supplement my pension here in South Africa because we do not get them here in this area where I live. This is a heavy blow for me, the ones he sent I will not be able to sell to just get my money back.
Hoping you will be able to help me. Even if we can just stop him from advertising and ripping of other innocent people.
