Vas pack 99 activate without permistion

Sir/Madam,

My compaint no.0525102080 dt.25/05

I am a prepaid customer of Airtel.

My mobile no is 9967514794 Today Rs.30/- has been deducted from my balance for the subscription to VAS PACK 99 without my permission and that they have activated VAS PACK 99 at their own, where as i have not asked to do the same. What the hell is it.

**** Very very important note is that such thing is happen in 3 times in a 2 month. And they have refund only in 1 time.

**** Can we do the courtmater angainst to the company. Because if we are post paid customer and if we are not paid the bill, their Adv. send the legal notice so why not to do the same?
