Deduction of money without any specific reason

this is to inform you that i am a regular customer of airtel and my cellno. is

a call came to my cell but i didn't respond to it

and when i called it back again then they charged me rs.20 for 1 min and 13 seconds... sooo kindly send back the amount in my account soon

and they were also mentioning something related to diwali offer draw in which my no. has been selected or something...

if possible then inform me regarding my problem as early as possible...
