Delay in re-connection

For around 2 years i had Airtel Broadband connection at my home, then later i had disconnected it bcoz i wasn't using it... after 2 years or so later i wanted the connection back for my landline number (080-41624665) for which i had called them on September 18 and they said they can get back my connection by September 26, then later i again called them, they said they need 4 working days to activate it... again on October 6 i called them asking for cancellation of their service or reactivation within one day, again they said they need 4 days for reactivation... i really can't figure out, whether they were sleeping all these days. I regret to say Airtel broadband is the worst service when it comes to customer satisfaction. Henceforth, i wuldn't suggest Airtel to any of my friends or relatives... More over they don't hav proper bill collection centers... I rate them 0 on a scale of 1 to 10... the utmost worst service one can possibly imagine...
