I am using Airtel Broad band connection. In my Sep'08 bill, I got that on a perticular day airtel charged Rs. 1500 Approx for internet using, but i didn't use that. I lodged a complaint on 4th Oct and again on 1st Nov, but till today i couldn't get any call from Airtel.
When i got this month bill, it is showing that i have to deposit it IMMEDIATELY else my phone will be disconnected.
What should i do?
