For my billing period from september 12 to october 12 I used to get messages from 'Nazara ', daily, telling me that I am charged Rs 30 for some services which I have downloaded. When I got this message, the first time itself I called customer care and complained that I haven`t done any downloads and I don`t want to get any future message like this any more. The customer care executive told me that it won`t repeat anymore. But again it came and, I complained. After my third complaint the person who talked in regard of airtel told me that they can check it only when the bill comes.

When the bill came I was additionaly charged Rs 650 as download charges. When I complained they told that I have transfered data!!!After that they were ready to raise it as a complaint and I was told that I wilkl get a call back. I called customercare again after two days and I got the same reply. Now they have additionaly charged me Rs 100 in the next bill as late fee and when I called back they told me that they cant do anything about this and I have transfered the data.

Kindly help me on this unfair charges levied on me.
