Cutting amount without any information

My phone no. is 9701706872 and an amount Rs. 62/- has been cut from my prepaid account without any information. When contacting they are telling dealer makes a complaint as wrong recharge so we cut the amount. But I purchased a new card value worth 125/- . Initially it is showing full balance suddently
