Sim card issue

I have a bought a new sim card in my near by shop, he said that it will be normal pack and i called customer service for plan change they said the scheme is NOKIA BUNDLE OFFER PLAN, i didnt buy that sim with nokia.

I was getting angry on the shopkeeper because he gave me that sim card where i cant change my plan. Bcse in customer service, they said to ask the shopkeeper.i went and ask him, he said that the sim card provided from a wholeseller, he called that wholeseller in front of me.he said that sim is not in nokia bundle pack, he said that he got from AIRTEL DEALER only.

now i cant change my plan and my tariff is nokia bundle offer.i am really fed up with this offer.i cant make add on facilities and the mainly no plan change.

please provide proper reason for this.my num is 9940511413..the num which im telling about is 9003191915.
