I am Airtel prepaid mobile phone consumer from Bangalore. I am not able to call to BSNL landline phones in Aska, Orissa (code no- 06822) from past 20 days.
I have complained nine times to the customer care on phone number 121. Each time I talk to them they apologize for not adhering to the previous commitments and give some more commitments, and nothing concrete has been done. I am not able to call to my home or any other number in Aska, Orissa.
I have three complaint numbers at present. They are: 1107113694, 1115201170, and 1114065445.
Some of the numbers I am not able to call are: 06822272587 (my home number), 06822271020, 06822272535, all land line numbers starting with 06822. In fact these numbers are accessible from Vodafone or any other mobile.
I have talked with the local SDO, BSNL. They have checked everything from that side and everything fine there.
Also this problem is there from Airtel Kerala. My brother staying in Kerala is also not able to call my home. (I think the problem is from Airtel Karnataka and Kerala)
