My mobile no. 9867337673 is there with me for quite some time with Alexander - Hi scheme. I have approached your Customer Care over phone for change to Pre-paid services maintaining the same mobile no. On discussion it was suggested to change the scheme to Alexander - Full Value & visit their customer care.
SR Ref. No. 19313341 was lodged at Airtel CC & subsequently, was confirmed by your call centre. This was to change billing scheme as described above. Now cos. billing deptt. & customer care is denying new scheme.
