False Statement by Customer Care Executive

In order to deactivate a package that gives cricket scores on my mobile, I contacted the customer care. I was informed that the package would be deactivated on 12th December at 17:00 hrs. It is 16th December today and I am registering this complaint at 19:00 hrs. That package has cost me Rs.15 since then.
