Dear Airtel,

I had applied for a broadband connection on 10/11 and my subscriber enrollment number is SEF NO: HY 128193 and have also paid Rs 1, 000 by cheque no 296626 dated 10/11 by HDFC Bank, Hyderabad but after 2 days i got a call from the executive that my connection will not be possible as the DP is not installed at that time. I am trying to contact every day to your executive to refund my money and there is no reply. So would request to refund my money and would also say that this is no the correct way to treat a customer.i would also like to say that at the time of selling a service your people will call 100 times but when there is a problem they will not even recieve your calls. Its been now more than a month but did not recieve my money if a do not get my money back in a weeks time would have to move to some higher authority to get this thing settled.
