I had applied to unsubscribe my caller tune but instead they charged my the amount after sending my request to them... To reach to the CUSTOMER CARE of airtel is a PATHETIC way... there is no option to have a talk with customer care..its computerize system which waste the precious time of customers by giving bullshit options which every customer does not want...
I just want the direct option to talk with CUSTOMER CARE..i dont know what reply i would get?
