One morning i had a bill of my postpaid number as Rs.-55 and i thought it was wrong and i paid Rs.55 for that bill. A few days later i had call from Airtel that i had not paid the bill yet and i told them that details of, error in billing and i told them that i have paid the errored amount. They told that the amount has reversed last month so u have to pay the bill amount and they gave me 2 days time to pay the bill amount.i informed to my head and he told that he will not pay the bill amount without having or seeing the bill details.the next month has came and i have paid in time and paid with previous balance. But till now i have not updated with my payment.in mean time every customer care members calling me in morning and evening and they insulted me and arguing with me and dicconnected twice.

IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHAT ALL HELL IS THIS, WHAT ACCONTS DEPARTMENT IS DOING IN AIRTEL...,
