Change in Tariff without informing and blocked my card when i complaint

I called airtel customer care no on 23-12 at 5.46 pm regarding why my call to STD number was over charged. it was charged as Rs 3.40per minute instead of Rs 2.50 per minute what it was charged earlier. At one point in the call, customer care executive said me that extra amount charged will be refunded to me if i have not received any message or for change in tariff structure. then he said company cannot refund it. on that i demanded it should be refunded tome just because he had committed me to do so. then i asked him to transfer my call to his supervisor, he said for that i need to call again and he started speaking rudely. Then he kept the phone without listening or registering my complaint.

Later on i discovered that my Sim Card was blocked. So i went to Airtel Gallery in Ulhasnagar -3. Where some executive asked me to speak to customer executive through hot line number using his landline. So i called customer care executive and told him about my problem and i asked to please transfer my call to his supervisor. I was then transferred to Floor Supervisor Ms Bhagyshree who told briefed me about my last call and cleared my doubts. When i asked her why my phone was disconnected, she told me that my card was disconnected from documents department may be for not submitting my documents, for which i said that i had bought this card 2 years back and had submitted all my documents. then she said that she needs some time to see what was wrong and asked me to give my alternate number where she can update me. and asked me to speak to customer relation officer in the gallery to re-activate my card. when i spoke to CRO she said my card was blocked because i had given application for loss of sim card. later on my card was activated in 10 minutes after speaking to Customer relation officer.

i just want to know that these executives are given that much freedom to keep the phone without registering complaint, speaking to customer in the rudest way they can, to block card of any customer without any confirmation? this not the service for what we are paying. this is for the second time that these executives spoke rudely to me. earlier it might have gone unnoticed but i wont let things go unnoticed this time. enough is enough. these executives have no right to block my card without my information and speaking like this to any customer.

i dont want any other person to face such thing again, so i request you to please take some action that they should not repeat such behavior again.
