Hi,

I had submitted the connection termination application for my airtel number (9897022526) in the month of March' 08 and has also paid the outstanding amount at the same time... but sorry to say nobody has yet taken any action on it and I am continously getting the bill every month. Infact a month ago I have also received one legal notice for making the payment. I went to the Airtel shop (Meerut - Nai sarak) along with all the documents and proofs and asked them why you are sending me the bill regugarly when I have already submitted the termination application and paid all the money... they checked thier records and apologies for the mistake and said that you will not get any bill from now and connection will get terminated within 24 hours... but still the situation is same even though I have written a mail to Nodal office and senior officer... but didnt get any reply from that... request you to help me here.
