Hello

I have made my postpaid bill payment of Rs.620/- on 23.12.08 at NDR Lobby by cash. They gave me a voucher (not receipt) with seal as an acknowledgment. But I found that my payment is not updated and I have even got a call from Airtel - Chennai to make my payment immdly. I have logged the complaint with Airtel (ref.832330313) and told them to findout from NDR lobby why my payment not updated, but they inturn telling me go personally to NDR lobby to find out the problem. I think Airtel has become very worst in serving their customers.
