I am very disappointed by the service offered by Airtel and the worst is that no body is there to listen; all gives you the false statements.
I took my internet connection (SEF NO. 1564876) on 19.12.2008 and Airtel sales representative Mr. Ankit had committed that my service will up on 22.12. when my service was not activated on 22.12.2008. I have called more a dozen times and have spoken to as sale representative Mr. Ankit. But I must confess that only my calls were attended to and not my requests. After that I had called to Mr. Gaurav (T.M.) Bharti Airtel, B-38/C1, Sec.-57, Noida (UP) but the result was same as before.
