I have my mobile no. 09866936995 and I have received msg from AIRTEL / Im.igfun.com site that i did not download anything on dt. 25.12.2008 and I have to get same message on 25-12-2008 and from that onwards I am receiving msg. from airtel /no 6411010 that is
‘ Thanks for using(subscription TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel WAP, You’ve been charged Rs.10. enjoy http://m.igfun.com. ‘
Upto 30th i call to customer care...and get the deduct amount...to the account...today onwards...we can't deactivate that service...and unable to help you, this is the answer of customer care
customer care told "I am only forwarding your request again to concerned department and he is helpless and I have to wait again 48 hrs. because he is instructed by their officials, ask to client for 48 hrs. for any complaint process".
So my complaint is against AIRTEL, that they are charging by wrong ways, for that services, which we are not awaling or activating and after no of complaint again and again they are not responding properly . This is totally looting to client without and arms officially. Kindly let us know where we logged complaint against airtel with claims.
