My airtel prepaid number is 09896323450 (yamuna nagar, haryana).on 29/12/08 i recieved msg on my mobile THANKS FOR USING AIRTEL WAP.ur balance is to be deduc rs 10.after 4 hours again more same message... then i call airtel coustmer care to 121 then they tell me ur service activate so i tell how u can active then they tell me u r using airtel wap..then i request him plz deactive this service then they tell me we cann't deactive but u can deactive this service by TYPE DPLIVE TO 121 with in 48 hours this service will be deactived... next day 30/12/08 again one more message then i again call the they will tell me u can TYPE DSUBSCRIPTION TO 121 then next day i confirm about that service but thry will say today we gurrenty that we will not charged 10 rs and also deactivate that service... but at noon again that message then i call 121 coustmer care they transfer my call to MR. AVINASH (SENIOR) they told me u can SEND TYPE CSUB TO 57886 immedietly u deactive this service and u will charged rs 3 for this i send this message in reply message there is ringtone, videos, or many other offer but i cann't unsubscribe this service..they also given me refrence no... but no action will be taken...
so plz help me...
