I had called Airtel customer service on 2nd January in regards to charges deducted from my airtel account for the month of December. I was complaining regarding the charges for the service that I had not subscribed. The Airtel Representative named "wasim" was not co-operative at all and was disputing me with the charges and accusing me that I had not called on time to claim for refund and giving me all set of misinformation. I then asked for his supervisor. A floor supervisor (team leader) by the name "Nilofer" attended my call. I overheard the previous representative started abusing me back of the headset. That made me furious.

The representative "wasim" was not co-operative and was very rude and abusive in nature... I asked the Team leader " Nilofer" to escalate the matter. She assured me that she will report this for the upper management. But, I doubt.. The complaint number is 10221140900 given by the Team Leader "nilofer" The airtel customer service is the worst. This kind of this happens every time I call them. They are not undestable and very rude at times...

I don't understand on what basis do AIRTEL MANAGEMENT HIRES THESE KIND OF PEOPLE.. IT SEEMS THAT AIRTEL COMPANY IS SHINING FROM OUTSIDE BY FROM INSIDE ITS MANAGEMENT IS VERY POOR AND DISGUSTING..
