I am Goutam Paul, my mob no 9831330402.I am having airtel connection for last 3-years, but I became very unhappy for Airtel unjustified deduction on GPRS services, but surprisingly I never download anything still Airtel have already deducted 12-times against of Rs.147/-. I informed to Airtel customer care several times followed by sending SMS, but it is very unfortunate and casual service.
