The deduction @10/-is being deducted of TEXT BASED SERVICES ON AIRTEL WEB since 28th Dec and thanks to Mr RAVI, Manager after talking with him since, 7.15 PM to 7.30 PM, who has confirmed and taken request vide number 377871 for refunding Rs 100/- balance which will be refunded within next one hour as confirmed by him.
Talked to Mr Sanjeev Dhanda at 121 tel service, Escalation Desk, between, 8.30 PM to 9 PM .today (14.01.09)-TEXT BASED SERVICES ON AIRTEL WEB charges have been deducted.today also at 2.58 PM- tel no 64611010 is sending such message
Request no -011445998700 has been given today-14.01, 09.Refund of Rs 150/- is due and deactivation is required immediately.
