Reduction in a/c balance

Dear Sir,

I am not activating any LOGO PACK (BW LOGO) subscription service on my mobile number which is 919996738672. But I have been charged Rs.10 three times by the following massage:-

You have been renewed for (Logo Pack, BWLogo) subscription service on airtel STK. You have been charged Rs.10.

I have already contact costumer care many times and also this service have been deactivated by a complaint number 274407 on DECEMBER 31. But also beside this happened, I have been charged again Rs.10 on JAN.13.This is highly disgusting, irresponsible & unprofessional from behalf of Airtel. You are requested to look this matter and deactivate this service from my number and also return my balance.
