i had using airtel broadband connection since a year
i m having 2 internet connection in my home so i decided to disconnect 1 connection and regarding that i requested to airtel customer care in the month of october to disconnect broadband connection, after so many interaction with customer care executive, they send one executive in my house and that gentleman convince us to stay with airtel in new plan of 499 rental ( tax as applicable) with unlimited 128 kbps speed and 100 rs calling value in addition to one month rent free(for trial). as we had previously 699( tax as applicable)rental plan with unlimited usage, we find the new plan to go with. so we decided to retain 2 connection in our home.here the problem arises the bills are coming with old rent ie 699 and when we talk to airtel customer care executive they told us they are not going to change the plan,
they cut my connection without prior information.and they force us to stay away from airtel and use any other service provider.
now they are behaving very rudely
please help me in this regard
