I have called Airtel customer care a zillion times after I converted my connection from pre paid to a post paid. I have been recieving messages on my mobile stating thanks for using subscription Text based services on Airtel WAP which I have never used nor am I interested in using. Inspite of my repeated complaints to the customer care, I continue to be charged with Rs. 10 for I don't know what. Everytime a customer care executive assures me that the same will not be done, but the very next day I get the same message again.
The customer care services are not only pathetic but also have a complete disregard fr Airtel users.
What is a customer supposed to do in a situation like this?
