Change of Billing Address

I moved house in September from Jangpura Extention to Sarita Vihar. My landline was with Airtel in Jangpura and I moved the same landline to Sarita Vihar in September only the telephone number changed. Till date the billing address is still in Jangpura Extention. After numerous phone calls, and several complaints, my billing address has still not been changed. No action has been taken by Airtel. When I check online, the old telephone number shows that it is still active. No one lives at my old address in Jangpura, so I don't know who's receiving the bills. I only receive an sms on my mobile phone of the due amount and I pay it online. Airtel needs to change my billing address immediately and compensate me for the gross distress and inconvenience caused. It is appalling that a huge company like Airtel can't update my billing address for over a year and a half. I will take this matter further if it is not dealt with immediately.
