Want a service to be stopped immediately

Hi sir,

I have mobile with airtel sim.By mistake i activated the DADA SUB 10 service on gprs. Becoz of it, my balance is deducted every other day by Rs 10 even when i am not downloading anything neither surfing gprs.

i have tried to call customer care many times but in vain, there was no solution

Kindly Help me
