I have received an sms from Airtel on January 28 that my mobile bill has been delivered vide POD number 4315353 and received by Manjeet.
I have not received the bill however. On calling the courier company, I have been asked to make the complaint to Airtel and request for a duplicate.
Upon calling the customer care number 121 of Airtel, however, when one tries to request for a duplicate bill by pressing 3 in the duplicate bill request menu which is what one is supposed to dial to receive a duplicate bill by courier, it states that that is not a valid menu option.
On the other hand, I cannot get past the IVR menu and speak with a customer care executive. Every time by the time it gets to the part that once presses 9 to speak with a customer care executive, the phone gets automatically disconnected.
Please help.
