Deactivation of subscription

dear sir

i am getting sms from 64611010 thanks for using subscription service on airtel WAP. you ve been charged Rs10. i had by mistake subscribe for text based servise in airtel WeB through http://igmobi.com. i am losing Rs10/ per day for no benefits. i want to deactivate this subscription... My cell no is 9815956743.

Inspite of my repeatedly sending the deactivating message"CSUB" I am getting this message.

I even had a word with the customer care executives as well but to no avail.

I request you to kindly direct Airtel to:

1. unsubscribe the service

2. waive off the bill thereof and the amount I spent on sending CSUB messages

3. and REFUND the excess amount billed.
