Change of sim plan

Any body have re-charged my no.by e-recharge of Rs.99 by that my whole call rates and plan is changed

i don't know who've re-charged my account .. my national call was going on Rs1 is now of Rs1.50 and similarly all call rates have been changed by the company. and my validity is exceeded to 2016 . i don't want this recharge .. and i've also not recharged.. when i've called the customer care they said that by mistake any retailer have recharged your account and now you have to pay according to this plan... now when i've said them this was not my mistake & i've not recharged my account any body else or the retailer have done that then also they are not taking any action on that... they've disconnected my call 7 to 8 times by saying that they are transfering my call to their senior... and one exicutive said me to go to the airtel customer care office and given me the wrong address... i am so disappointed by this service how can they change my service when they want... when i've reached to their office they said that they can'd do any thing... please help me .. i don't want this plan... i am just tired of calling customer care and crawling here and there... my no is 9928760002
