Without my knowledge some services are getting Activated and charged

Feb 5th I got a message from Airtel that Missed call Alert has been activated And Rs 15 will be charged per month

The same I spoke with Customer Care and also sent a mail to 121 but of no use

Again Feb 14th I got a message from Airtel that Missed Call been activated And Rs 15 will be charged per month

I really do not know why Airtel are activating the service without my request
