Auto Deduction of amount for hello tune which was not prescribed by the use

I am a airtel customer in Maharastra - Goa region. I would like to bring to your notice that, i had not subscribed for hello tunes but suddenly i get a SMS from 6782 & 6781 saying " Congratulation for starting hello tune &" and deducting Rs 45 /-

Kindly look into this matter, Its wrong to fool around with your customers like this.
