I was using prepaid Airtel Number - 9892403044, which I later on converted into Billing on 20th Jan. My connection got activated after 2 days on 22nd. Before converting this number from prepaid to postpaid, I have raised the request to stop the unwanted calls and sms (DND service) on 28th August. I sent the SMS on the told number in the required format and received confirmation sms that this service will be activated in next 45 days. But its more than 150 days (5 Months), still I am receiving all those unwanted SMS and Calls – Not Only During Day time but also, at night 2’0 clock and 3’o clock. I called many a times to 121 and spoke to N number of agents from your call center, but every time, those agents simply release the call saying that “I will check, please be on line” or “let me connect me to our supervisor”. Everytime, I am promised the call back in next 24 hours from the time I call on 121, but till date, no one has called me.

Finally, I got to speak to Jhonson, - (who claimed that he was a Supervisor / Team Leader) and told him what I am going though, but as usual, he promised the callback and never turned back. My billing Cycle is 6th of every month, and I was told that I will receive the bill by 10th of every month. Today its 18th, I haven’t received any bill. Finally one of my friend told that I can also check the same from the website. To my surprise, once again one issue. Rs 84 were charged extra as Value Added Service, I tried calling once again on 121, and again one issue – my number was blocked on 121, everytime, I call, I get an Automated Voice – “Please send AIRTEL on 121 for any queries”, so I called from my friends number, and got this 84 Rs Waived off after having a waste discussion of 30 minutes. I explained him the entire story which he should tell me. This shows how efficient your agents are…..

After having this billing issue fix, I asked for Supervisor, once again, as usual, agent placed my call on hold saying that I will transfer the call, but I was on line for 1 hour listening to that stupid recording, but no one came online.
