I have one lifetime prepaid airtel Mobile No.9954900949 .Suddenly they send one message that "Recharge not successful on your mobile."(Which I haven't done). Then again one message came to recharge withRs.111.00 to continue my Lifetime prepaid. After this My connection has been stopped by Airtel as "Simcard registration failed". What is this? I have more than Rs. 125.00 in my account. How can they do it? Please let me know what is their procedure. Only harrassing the customer. While I contacted their Customer Cell. They advised me to apply for a duplicate sim. Airtel should be wide & open with the customer regarding their policies. Please let me know what should be done with my sim!
