IM A USER OF AIRTEL PREPAID NO.9634311162

I WANT TO DRAW UR ATTENTION TOWARDS THE INCONVIENCE CAUSED BY UR AIRTEL SERVICE.I GAVE A REQUEST TO COSTEMER CARE FOR MY ACTIVATION OF MY GPRS, 20 DAYS HAVE PASSED BT NO STEP HAS BEEN TAKEN IN REGARDS TO THIS MATTTER.EVERY TYM I CALL THEY ASK ME TO WAIT FOR 24 HOURS.

NW AFTER 20 DAYS HW LONG SHUD I WAIT FOR MY ACTIVATION.PROBLEM IS NT JUST SOLVED OVER HERE, NW THEY HAVE STOPPED RECEIVING MY CALL EVEN..IM REALLY DISSAPOINTED BY UR SERVICE...

AIRTEL HAS ITS NAME BT NW IT SEEMS THAT ITS ONLY TO GAIN POPULARITY, OTHERWISE ITS EVEN WORSE THAN OTHER.

IN THIS WAY U 'LL LOOSE UR CUSTOMER AS WELL AS FAME,

THEREFORE I REQUEST U TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
