My name is Avdhesh from Mumbai working with WIPRO. Last month, one executive of AirTel came to our company with CUG offer. I took 2 pospaid connections from them two weeks back. 9867655395.
and also gave xerox copy of my ICICI credit card because there was some discount in the bill payment according to them. Now when I checked credit card statemnt, on 07-01, Rs. 1400 got deducted from my account, even before generation of my bill with the name of "Bhart Cellular ltd" which was very high amount. my both bill unbilled amount was bellow 300. When I called customer care, they just logded complant and did nothing. I did not get any call from them, they didnot respond to my email, which I sent them with the saccned copy of credit card statement. I did not recieve my amount till yet.
Today, When I checked the unbilled statement of my second card (SBI), which I didn't give to airtel executive, Rs. 1755.39 got deducted from that card on 17-02.
So within 2 weeks, a huge amount is debited from 2 credit card. And more that that, airtel is not responding to it.
