I am residing at Shakti Nagar, Delhi-7. Since last 4-6 months i am facing frequent disconnection problem due to poor network connectivity. Even some times network is not available. I am professional, where a lot of amount of work is handled through Mobile Phone. Such a frequent networking problem not only costing me financially both on account of work suffering and increase bill amount, it is very much frustrated.
Kindly look into the matter and give discounts due to higher amount of bill and financial losses. We are regular customers having good usage of mobile, otherwise thinking of shift all the mobiles to other operators. My mobile number is 98104-57926
