Activation of my Mobile No.- 9717238889

Dear sir/madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that i purchased the airtel connection (no:- 9717238889) one month back from Airtel Outlet, sarita vihar, delhi.

The vendor has given the new connection as an add on connection on my mobile no- 9958290187. since then the purchase the connection has not yet activated.

In the mean time atleast 2 times the executive visited for the address verification and assured the connection will be activated in a day. i beileve that the airtel has hired some outside agency for the Address Verification and there is no proper communication.

pls look in to the matter and necessary action may be taken.
