No network

I am facing network problem from last 6 months i stay in sahakaranagar in bangalore, i have complaind the customer care but there is no solution on this so i decided to stop paying my mobile bill, i have told the collecting agent that i will not pay till my problem is resolved.

Now they have barred my out going call, when called the customer care they told me that coplaint is open still and it will be rectified soon.

is that i have to wait till they recitify the network issue at there convience, pls help me to sought this issue
