Harassment by Airtel!

I am writing this mail with great disappointment from your services, this company and people hired by your business partners made by today and day before yesterday, I never had this sort of an experience in my life that I had from company's end.

I happen to be a very old Customer of this firm though I kept on changing numbers, all the due bills of the same were always cleared in time. This time I got my number disconnected and could not pay my bill on time as I was tied up in some work.

The number I am talking about here is:

whose present due amount is 4400 approx. I hold a credit limit of 11, 300 on this account which I am sure is Decent enough. The due date was on 21st Feb and a female employee named PUJA from Competent started calling up my office colleagues and threatening them with dire consequences if the bill does not get paid immediately, she tells them that she is calling up from the legal department, I don't know what did she mean by that and Airtel shall be sending a legal notice to me in 2 days if I don't pay the bill and spoke with my colleagues and friends in a derogatory and rude way. I asked one of my friends working with Airtel that they should not call up my friends, instead they call em up in case they need to and at the same time I will be paying the bill within a day or 2 and he had put the same in as an interaction in my account details. But this female wont stop and she calls up my friends again bothers them in the middle of their hectic work schedules when I had provided my alternate number to contact me directly rather then bothering my people. Then I called up the number she had called my friends and colleagues from and this female and another colleague of hers named MEENAKSHI, I suppose from Competent started abusing me in a sordid manner, she hurled all the manly abuses that one cant even imagine in their scariest dreams.

FIRST, I am a very old Customer having a decent enough credit limit of 11, 300 who has always paid all the bills, in case I am not able to pay my bill on time I should be contacted at my alternate number or home address else sent a legal notice instead of harassing my known ones which is ILLEGAL as per the law of the land, no company can call up and harass the friends and office colleagues of a customer, it can only send a legal notice that too if the customer is not ready to pay the bill.

Hats off to Airtel Bharti for providing such grave n pathetic Cx service where customers get harassed and abused to no end.

I spoke with Avinash phool, the nortel/Nordal Officer (I am not sure what's the term actually used, apologies for the same) regarding the same but he didnt do anything to help me. And the best is yet to come, the bill they want me to clear, I haven't even received the bill for the same.
