Prepaid Recharge through Internet Banking

This is to complaint regarding Prepaid recharge facility availed through Internet Banking. I have been using my Internet Banking facility provided by ICICI Bank for recharging my prepaid mobile connection with AIRTEL India in the past. In the last two transactions that were carried out on 06 and 25 Feb for a recharge of Rs. 1000.00, each I was given a talktime of only Rs 888.00 on each occasion against the full talktime that I have been previously receiving. The customer care dept is totally clueless about it and I was told that they would get back to me. This however has not happened. Calling up customer care only results in the customer being directed from one operator to another with waiting period sometimes being as long as 10 minutes. will someone pls address this problem.
