I am holding airtel no (9831093168) from around 3 yrs. earlier it was a prepaid connection. but about 11 months before one customer care executive called me (Sonali 919903240926) from airtel office and offered for a post paid scheme keeping the same no. i have opted for the same. there was no charge for activation as that was in a offer, only i have to deposit 500 Rs as advance which will be deducted after 6 month. i paid and my post paid scheme started.. from then i am using this no and also paying every month without any delay.

but when after 11 months (after post paid activation) i called customer care to deduct the advance amount, he is telling me that, Rs. 500 is deposit amount and non- refundable.

what type of fraud is this???

as per my plan "nonstop 295", generally the max deposit amount is rs. 300. what, i have opened a charity?? then why i have given 500 not 300. i have opted for zero rs. deposit as offered by airtel customer care executive.

now i want to deduct my advance amount from my next bill.
