Airtel
No proper customer support

Sir,

I am using airtel mobile from the last one year. There is no proper customer support, Whenever we call to customer care they receive the call if we continue to ask for 10 minutes they cut the call. Afterwards when we call to customer care it does not connect. IN the same from 19 december to till now my number is connected to customer to solve my problem. What shall i do for it
