My Airtel landline no : 080 42190549, i have a broadband connectin
from Airel and till 2 days back i was satisfied with the support recieved.
Since I planned to shift to a new place i called up Airel CC to do a feasibility check
They called me back promptly to inform that the new place doesnt have NETWORK and informed
me to contact CC to cancel the account. I called CC to cancel the account
on Mar 11 and one lady named Aruna (she was rude on the phone) informed that she placed a request.
After that I have contacted Airtel CC 4 times to find the status and every one keeps repeating the same stuff
they will place a cancellatin request.
last Agent whom I spoke refused to ESCALATE the call to his manager even though I requested that I have
nothing against him and just want to inform my concern to his manager.
I did inform that tomorrow i am moving to the new place and need to finish this process today itself.
Last agent whom i spoke was rude and finally i had to disconnect the call since i was not getting any help.
