Hi,

I have raised a request on March 3rd saying that I need a hard copy of my airtel 6 months payment statement. Service request no. 27009357 dated 03/03. But they have send a soft copy to my mailid on 08/03. Unfortunately I was out of country and unable to reach airtel so I replied them back asking for hard copy for which they have not replied me back. I was back on 15th March and called customer care at around 18:00:00 on 15/03. The representative said to me that the request i raised was for soft copy and not hard copy, when I insisted him to take out the audio conversation he directed me to his manager by Name Syed. After checking my request Syed agreed that i have requested for hard copy and not a soft copy and he was so sorry from there end and will send me the hard copy again. But my last date for submission was 16th March, Therefore, I requested him to send in a mail to my official office ID and my finance team saying that I have made the payments and due to some misunderstanding they delayed to send the hard copy. So I can take a grace period of 3 days in office and he agreed took all the mail id and said it will be done by 16/03 6:00 pm. I called up customer care again on 16/03 5:00 pm and Chandrika (representative) has agreed that they are going to send the mail in about 1 or 2 hours. I called again at 6:30 pm and by name Nitin as lifted the call and redirected it to Azharuddin.

This person was a Floar Manager and he says that it will not be possible to send in a mail now and they will send the hard copy only, when I said how come Syed can promise of doing so, he replied saying that talk to him only, he is busy and will call you in another 4 hours. What should I do by sitting for 4 hours in office. Also he said that my intial request was for soft copy and not hard copy. See The Airtel Customer care are changing there own words and there promises, because of this false promises I am loosing 8000 rs. Who will bare this? I Can ago to any court to prove that It was the mistake done by airtel people and I will stop paying the money until my 8000 is recovered.
