Poor Service in regards to cancellation of accounts and ECS facility

Hi

I had raised a request with customer care pune to close my airtel post paid account as I got transfered to Bangalore on 21 Feb and got call from them with some new plan but later I again had called and asked them to cancel the number It is almost a month now and it is still not done and the status in reference number is showing to be closed Even after coming to bangalore I called up the Pune customer care for 3 times to check the status and cancel the connection which is still pending and apart from this they have deducted the amount from my account for the rental which is not supposed to be deducted as i had already made the final settlement and came

secondly the customer care does not respond properly as when i tried calling from bangalore with roaming charges they kept me on hold for 5 min and kept the phone The service is pathetic.

Also even after placing request for so many times for cancelling the ECS facility the charges gets deducted from my account even after making the payment personally in airtel office
