Airtel Postpaid number misuse

Airtel,

a sim card (9717697958) is being used by someone else by my name, which i came to know when no payment was made for it after Dec08 and when i started getting calls for the non payment of the bill.

it was being used by one of my friends who agrees that she has been using the SIM. but she is not making the payment and the current bill is 15000. airtel is forcing me to make the payment. can we do something in this case.
